BCubed was founded by Jeff Konczak, a visionary entrepreneur with deep roots in construction, franchising, and community development. Jeff’s experience as a multi-unit franchisee and area representative for BIGGBY COFFEE gave him firsthand insight into what brands need to grow — fast, affordably, and with consistency.

He saw an opportunity to rethink how buildings are made. Not just to save time, but to create a better experience for franchisees, operators, and customers. That vision became BCubed: a modular manufacturing company built to serve brands with purpose-driven buildings that are anything but ordinary.
