Our projects consist of many unique modular buildings for national brands, with a strong focus on sustainable materials and modern building techniques- including the use of structural insulated Panels (SIPs).
POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a motivated and skilled construction laborer/carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general construction, manufacturing, and carpentry, with a strong preference for those familiar with SIP panel installation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in the construction of commercial buildings using SIP panels.
· Install interior and exterior trim, fixtures, and hardware
· Preform detailed touch-ups and corrections to ensure a polished final product
· Operate both hand and power tools safely and efficiently
· Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
· Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines.
· Maintain a clean and safe job site.
QUALIFICATIONS
· 1+years of experience in manufacturing or carpentry.
· Experience working with SIP panels is a plus.
· Ability to lift 50+lbs and work in various weather conditions.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Ability to read and follow basic plans or instructions.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn

We’re hiring an Electrical laborer who can assist with general electrical tasks and contribute to basic manufacturing work. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in both trades while working on diverse and exciting projects. If you know your way around wires, panels, and tools, (but don’t have a license), this is your chance to join a team that values precision, hustle, and excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collaborate with finish and framing teams to keep builds on schedule.
· Assist electricians with basic electrical tasks such as running conduit, pulling wire, installing outlets, lights, switches, and panels.
· Operate hand and power tools safety
· Support carpenters and other trades as needed
· Maintain a clean and organized job site
· Follow safety protocols and company procedures
· Work from diagrams and layouts to complete wiring tasks.
· Troubleshoot and correct basic electrical issues during assembly.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Basic knowledge in construction or related field
· 1+years of electrical knowledge or experience (residential or commercial)
· Ability to read and follow basic wiring diagrams and blueprints
· Physically fit and able to lift 50+lbs
